Points:-
*1. Focus on what is happening at the moment
*2. Appreciate what is right about the situation and build on it. -- gives energy and confidence to deal with what is wrong
*3. Pay attention to what is important now.
*4. Experience pain and learn from it -- Not to distract
*5. Listen with wholehearted attention, offer at least 1 idea.
*6. As soon as we learn and let go of the past, we improve the present.
*7. Anytime unahappy in the present or feeling less successful, it's time to learn from the past or plan for future.
*8. To Learn from the past, 3 check points:-
1. What happened in the past?
2. What did I learn from it?
3. What can I do differently now?
*9. Cannot change the past, so learn from it.
*10. Do things different and better when the same situation arises again
*11. The more we plan for what we want to see happen, the less anxious we are in the present and the more future is known to us.
1. What would a wonderful future be like?
2. What are my plans to make it happen?
3. What am I doing today to make it happen?
*12. Revise plans with information and experience.
